At TafutaHub, we value your privacy and respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our system, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit a Data Deletion Request

To initiate the data deletion process, please send an email to:

Include in your message:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your TafutaHub account

• A brief description of your request (e.g., “Please delete my account and all associated personal data.”)

2. Verification Process

For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. You may be asked to confirm your email address or respond to a verification code.

3. Processing Time

Once your request is verified, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 7 business days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

4. What Will Be Deleted

• Your user account

• Personal information (name, email, phone, etc.)

• Any classified listings or posts you’ve created

Note: Some data may remain in our system for a limited time in secure backups for disaster recovery or compliance purposes, but it will not be used for any active processing.
