  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice.
  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • Tafutahub provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of listings.
  • Tafutahub is not liable for any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tafutahub, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

  1. Termination

Tafutahub may terminate or restrict your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Tafutahub constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
